Sanction Case Form

To apply for a sanction, please fill out the sanction case form available here. Each submission should be accompanied by a payment of $300 made payable to Taekwondo Canada. Payment can also be made over the phone by credit card by contacting Michelle Robb at 613-523-4134 ext. 221.
